What are the key differences between the WY Series bayonet connectors and traditional threaded connectors?
The WY Series adopts a bayonet coupling design, which enables quick locking and disconnection without tools, greatly improving installation and maintenance efficiency. In contrast, threaded connectors require multiple rotations to lock, which is time-consuming in scenarios requiring frequent mating. In addition, the WY Series maintains the same anti-vibration and connection stability as threaded connectors.
Is it difficult to select the model of heavy-duty connector housings?
Yes, selecting heavy-duty connector housing models can be complex due to diverse scenarios and model specifications. If you have selection needs, you can contact our staff for assistance.
Can the WD28 series be used in long-term high-temperature environments above 85°C?
No. The normal operating temperature range of the WD28 series is -40°C~+85°C, and the PPS insert can only withstand short-term high-temperature impacts up to 260°C (not long-term continuous high temperature). If it is used in a long-term high-temperature environment above 85°C, it is recommended to customize the upgraded high-temperature resistant insert or select other special high-temperature series products.
