Are there hidden fees in the quotation?
No, our quotation includes product cost, customization fee, packaging fee, and basic logistics cost. Additional fees (e.g., customs duties, remote area surcharges) are clearly listed separately.
Why does the ST Series only adopt solder termination?
The ST Series is mainly positioned for scenarios requiring high connection reliability. Solder termination can form a permanent and firm connection between the contact and the cable, which has lower contact resistance and better connection stability than other termination methods. It can effectively avoid connection failure caused by vibration and other factors, and is more in line with the use requirements of high-reliability scenarios.
What are the applicable scenarios for the three termination methods of WP20 series?
Solder termination (Φ1mm、Φ2mm、Φ3mm): Suitable for precision components that require stable and fixed connection (e.g., LED display modules, CNC lathe servo components); 2. Screw termination (only Φ3mm): Suitable for scenarios that require frequent disassembly and maintenance (e.g., food packaging machinery control panels); 3. Crimp termination: Suitable for large-scale assembly line production (e.g., batch production of food packaging machinery), with high installation efficiency.
Can the WD28 series be used in long-term high-temperature environments above 85°C?
No. The normal operating temperature range of the WD28 series is -40°C~+85°C, and the PPS insert can only withstand short-term high-temperature impacts up to 260°C (not long-term continuous high temperature). If it is used in a long-term high-temperature environment above 85°C, it is recommended to customize the upgraded high-temperature resistant insert or select other special high-temperature series products.
