The TYPR-231-C series has a standard interface size and locking mechanism. Under the premise of consistent rated parameters and pin configuration, it can be compatible with some universal industrial connectors of the same specification. For the best use effect, it is recommended to use Weipu original matching connectors.
How to choose between PPE and Zinc alloy shell?
It is recommended to choose according to the use environment: PPE shell is lightweight, corrosion-resistant and cost-effective, suitable for general industrial environments and home use scenarios; Zinc alloy shell has higher mechanical strength and impact resistance, suitable for harsh environments with frequent collision and vibration, such as construction machinery and outdoor heavy-duty equipment.
Why does the WAC Series use different shell materials for plug and socket?
The plug (PA66) needs higher wear resistance (frequent plugging), while the socket (PC) needs better insulation performance (fixed installation in equipment). This combination balances durability and electrical safety for audio equipment connections.
