Can the WP20 series be used in the high-temperature environment of die-casting machines for a long time?
No. The PPS insert of the WP20 series can only withstand short-term high-temperature radiation up to 260℃ (not long-term continuous high temperature). The normal operating temperature range of the product is -40℃~+85℃. For the long-term high-temperature environment near die-casting machines, it is recommended to use heat insulation protection measures or select special high-temperature series products.

Yes. The product adopts a modular design, and the internal switches, protectors and other components can be replaced or added later according to the changes of power demand, which is convenient for later capacity expansion and transformation.
What is the function of the 3+PE contact configuration?
The 3+PE contact configuration includes 3 contacts for transmitting power or signals and 1 PE (protective earth) contact. The PE contact is connected to the equipment shell and the earth, forming a protective earth loop. When the equipment has electrical leakage, the leakage current can be quickly discharged to the earth through the PE contact, avoiding electric shock hazards to operators and protecting the safety of equipment and personnel.
Is the WD28 series suitable for coastal high-salt environments?
No. The WD28 series is not applicable to coastal high-salt fog environments. Although the black nickel-plated zinc alloy shell has a certain corrosion resistance, it cannot effectively resist the strong corrosion of high-concentration salt fog in coastal areas. Long-term use will easily lead to shell corrosion and connection failure. For coastal high-salt fog environments, it is recommended to select special anti-corrosion series products.
