Why does the WY Series have two different temperature ranges?
The dual temperature ranges are designed to match different application scenarios. The -40°C~+85°C range is for power transmission scenarios, where equipment may generate higher heat; the -20°C~+70°C range is optimized for signal/data transmission scenarios, ensuring the stability of sensitive electronic signals within a suitable temperature range.
What’s the advantage of threaded coupling for industry?
It locks precisely, maintaining firm connections in high-vibration scenarios (e.g., heavy machinery) — more stable than snap-on coupling here.
Are the SY series connectors compatible with the SP series of Weipu?
The interface dimensions and locking mechanisms of the SY series and SP series are different, and they cannot be directly mated. If you need to replace or match, it is recommended to use the same series of products or consult the Weipu technical team for solution design.
What should I pay attention to when installing the ST Series connectors?
When installing, first ensure that the cable outer diameter matches 5-8mm; second, when soldering, control the soldering temperature and time to avoid damaging the PPS insert due to high temperature; finally, ensure that the threaded coupling is fully tightened to ensure the IP67 waterproof and dustproof performance. It is recommended to follow the official installation manual for operation.
